Overview
Colline De Pierre is a project consisting of 4 luxury villas.

Villas Structure
- Villas structure built with reinforced concrete, the earth has been compacted properly and filled with sand & gravel.
- Aseismic earthquake-resistant structures to protect the villas from earthquakes.
- Recent tests has been conducted on the concrete structure, the results passed all the necessary evaluations.
- The Slabs are 20cm with reinforcement consists of Φ18 steel rods spaced at 20-cm square intervals, and connected with Φ18 rods horizontally.
- Reinforced concrete beams & columns support system, the system ranges from steel Φ16 rods up to Φ20 rods. with 15cm up to 20cm square intervals.
Site Infrastructure
- Grade A infrastructure shock resistant pipelines for electrical and water connections.
- Sewage system built with reinforced concrete and connected to the gird precisely.
- The systems are connected to the main villas using surveying technologies, the systems are perfectly built to match the natural inclination of the land.
- The retaining walls base infrastructure are 30cm high reinforced concrete consists of Φ20 steel rods spaced at 20-cm square intervals.

- Walls are built with high resistance & high quality clay bricks, the dimensions ranges between 15cm up to 30cm in thickness.
